- On June 5, 1917 Chas. P. Creamer registered for the WWI draft, he gives his birthdate as July 5, 1892 and birthplace as St. Louis, Missouri. He states he lives at 4922 Genevieve Avenue and that he is the sole support of his wife, child and mother-in-law. His occupation is given as salesman for the Carleton L.G. Co., in St. Louis. The registrar notes he is tall and slender with brown eyes and light brown hair, he also notes, "eyesight bad."
